The more time you spend in physical contact with your loved one, the more you produce the big three joy hormones - dopamine, serotonin and oxytocin. Not only does touch make you happier, it makes you healthier by reducing cortisol, one of the primary stress-related hormones, and the one that is highly correlated to many illnesses.
Oxytocin is considered the “bonding hormone”, and so when you touch your loved one, you develop more profound bonds and connection with them. This three hour private hands-on workshop is designed to help couples connect more deeply through relaxation massage.
During this workshop couples will be guided through:

Setting up a relaxing massage environment.

Swedish relaxation massage techniques such as stroking, compressions, effleurage, petrissage, and tapotement.

Correct body mechanics for table and floor massage.

A full body relaxation massage routine.

A course manual for continued practice at home.
Time: 3.0 hrs
